Probationer Testing
At Voir Dire International, LLC, our examiners are qualified to conduct post-conviction sex offender testing under the guidelines established by the Joint Polygraph Committee on Offender Testing (JPCOT) in Texas and the American Polygraph Association.
Criminal Wrongdoing
Unforeseen personal or professional situations can give rise to allegations of theft, assault, child abuse, or other accusations that are sometimes motivated by jealousy, retaliation, or revenge. If the charges are without merit, it is crucial for the accused to provide proof of their innocence to law enforcement authorities.
We will assist defense attorneys with these cases by conducting a polygraph test to isolate the pertinent issues and determine the truth about any matter.
Official Misconduct
Internal investigations of frivolous or unsubstantiated allegations can lead to embarrassing disclosure of information that would otherwise remain confidential. Having your attorney work with us for your polygraph examination ensures that any personal information revealed would be legally protected by the attorney-client privilege.
Fidelity/Infidelity
We will work with you to ensure that all your areas of concern are covered during the examination. The truth that results from a polygraph test will give you peace of mind and allow you to restore your relationship or make alternate plans with confidence.
Employee Polygraphs
These tests are conducted for corporate or small business pre-employment screening and for cases of internal theft, under the requirements set by the Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA).

Professional Contests
Professional competitions frequently require contestants to submit a polygraph examination to ensure compliance with the rules of the game. If needed, we can field more than one examiner so that multiple tests can be conducted.
